1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the lvlBase platform (including School OS, Hospital OS, Company OS, and associated tools), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms establish the legal framework for the relationship between lvlBase and your organization.
2. Use of Service & Restrictions
You agree to use the platform strictly for your organization's legitimate operational needs. You must not attempt to reverse engineer the architecture, bypass Firebase security controls, abuse API rate limits, or attempt to access tenant data namespaces that do not belong to your authorized organization.
3. Account & Administrative Responsibilities
Organization Admins are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and properly configuring RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) permissions for their users. lvlBase provides the tools for strict security, but we are not liable for unauthorized access arising from organizational negligence, misconfigured permissions, or compromised local user credentials.
4. Service Availability & SLA
While we strive for continuous uptime, lvlBase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Specific uptime guarantees (SLAs), dedicated infrastructure maintenance, and priority routing are strictly reserved for organizations subscribed to the Enterprise architecture tier.
