When you use lvlBase, we collect information that you provide to us directly, such as your name, email address, organization details, and payment information during account registration. We also collect usage data (like logs, API requests, and dashboard interaction) automatically to ensure system stability, enforce rate limits, and maintain architectural security.
2. Tenant Isolation & Data Ownership
Your organization's data strictly belongs to you. lvlBase operates on a rigid multi-tenant architecture where data is completely cryptographically isolated via Firebase Security Rules. We do not sell, rent, or share your proprietary operational data (such as student records, patient flows, or internal employee metrics) with third parties or other tenants under any circumstances.
3. AI Processing & Telemetry
When utilizing the integrated AI Assistant, prompt queries are processed securely to generate operational responses. We do not use your proprietary, isolated tenant data to train our global baseline models without explicit, verifiable opt-in consent from your designated Organization Admin.
4. Security Controls
We leverage military-grade security measures including Firebase JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication, end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption, and granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to protect your information at every layer of the technology stack.
